I practise classical acupuncture with a modern, patient-centred approach. Over the past fifteen years, I’ve supported people with pain management, sports injuries, stress, sleep issues, digestive problems, and overall wellbeing.
I work as a general practitioner — if it matters to you, it matters to me. Care is personalised and pragmatic: clear assessment, focused treatment, and simple home advice you can actually use. Sessions are available in Athens (Halandri) and seasonally on the island of Tinos.
What I Treat

How Sessions Work
“Wear loose, comfortable clothing and
if you’re new to acupuncture, I’ll guide you through what to expect.”
-
We discuss your goals, history, and current symptoms.
-
Posture, movement, and channel palpation guide a focused plan.
-
Gentle needling, acupressure, and practical home advice.
-
Most people feel a shift within a few sessions; plans are tailored.

FAQs
-
Yes. I work year-round in Athens (Halandri) and from July to October in Tinos (Panaitiou Navarchou 10). You can book in either location by phone or WhatsApp: +30 698 791 3039.
-
Yes. Acupuncture supports recovery by reducing inflammation, easing muscle tension, and improving circulation. I regularly treat back pain, neck pain, shoulder injuries, and joint issues for both athletes and non-athletes in Athens and Tinos.
-
Most patients feel little to no pain during acupuncture. The needles are extremely thin, and you may notice a light tingling or warmth when they are inserted. Many people find treatments relaxing, and some even fall asleep.
-
It depends on your condition, how long you’ve had it, and your health goals. Some patients feel improvement after 1–3 sessions, while others benefit from a longer treatment plan for lasting results.
-
Consultations are available in English and French, and I speak basic conversational Greek. This ensures patients feel comfortable and understood throughout their treatment.
-
For the rest of the day, avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and heavy meals. Light activity, gentle stretching, and staying hydrated will support your body’s recovery and help the treatment take full effect.
